Reschedule / Cancellation policy?
Our only request from you, our valued patients is to please respect our time and services.
As we work by confirmed appointments only the rooms, the professional practitioner and this specific scheduled time has been reserved and held for You specifically.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please Telephone Landline CALL us as soon as possible (Pls DO NOT Message or e-mail appointment changes as this medium is not monitored). 
We realize that sometimes emergencies come up and your plans may change beyond your control. 
When you call, we will help you reschedule your appointment. 
Please allow us as much notice as possible to help us better serve you and our other patients.
Usually, we require a minimum of one working day before 11am notice for no charge changes or cancellations.
Understandably, should you not let us know within this time frame then you may be liable for the full treatment cost.
